Our top priority in Mipin Australia is the safety of our consumers and the public. As we pride ourselves on producing aesthetically beautiful candle products, these candles are lit with an open flame. Thus, it may cause a potential fire if not handled properly and with caution.
We urge everyone to follow the following safety rules:
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Never burn a candle on or near anything that might catch fire.
- Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets.
- Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before burning.
- Always use a candle holder specifically designed for candle use.
- Burn candles in a well-ventilated room.
- Mipin Candles are advertised as dripless if properly positioned and used.
- Mipin Candles have the prints directly attached and embedded into the wax surface. Rarely, there may be visible residue on the prints that needs to be trimmed.
- Mipin Candles are covered with cello wraps for protection purposes only, and these should be removed completely prior to use.
- Mipin Candles are finished with decorations and accessories at the bottom for aesthetic purposes. We advise you to remove any material attached to the candles prior to burning them fully.
- Do not burn the candles all the way down.
- Make sure that the candles are completely out, and the wick ember is no longer glowing before leaving or keeping the candle.
- Touch, move, or keep the candle in the keepsake satin pouches provided if it has completely cooled.
- Store candles in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
By following these safety guidelines, you can enjoy Mipin Candles at its fullest while minimising the risk of accidents and fire.
