Rule 1
Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website. We reserve the tight to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Rule 2
Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, are the intellectual property of Mipin Australia. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without our prior written consent to us.
Rule 3
Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of our handmade items. However, please note that, due to the nature of handmade products, there may be slight variations in colour, size, and design. These include, but are not limited to, graphics, fonts, foils, and ribbons used. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the colours displayed on your device. Our candles are unscented and advertised as dripless, with proper handling and positioning. Since wax is all delicate in nature, minimal imperfections include, but are not limited to, small bumps, rough parts, uneven sides, and small blemishes. Mipin Australia uses high-quality prints with hand-pressed foils embedded on the wax surface. Due to this process, occasionally, foils do not adhere completely to the prints. These are also unavoidable during the process of creating handmade products.
4.1 Proofing. A proofing or design layout will be sent to customers for all personalised items within three (3) business days. Mipin Australia allows two rounds of editing at no cost. Every edit corresponds to at least 2 to 3 business days. After the allowed two rounds of editing, Mipin reserves the right to charge a customer a design fee ranging from $0-$5 depending on the extent of changes per design to cover the additional time, effort, and expertise added to creating Mipin items.
Rule 4
Pricing and Payment: All prices for our products are listed in Australia Dollar specified on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment gateways.
4.1 Description: Our protected mode of payment provides an additional layer of security for online transactions. When you choose to use this mode of payment, your payment information is encrypted and securely transmitted to the payment processor, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of your payment details.
4.2 Eligibility: To use the protected mode of payment, you must have a valid payment method and agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict the use of this mode of payment to any user at our discretion.
4.3 Authorization: By using the protected mode of payment, you authorize us to transmit your payment information to the payment processor for the purpose of processing your payment. You also authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the amount of the transaction.
4.4 Payment Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email or notification from us. This confirmation serves as proof of your payment and will include details such as the transaction amount, date, and reference number.
4.5 Data Protection: We take the security and privacy of your payment information seriously. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your payment details during transmission and storage. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
Rule 5
Shipping: We aim to ship all orders within the specified timeframe mentioned on our website. However, please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or high order volumes. We will notify you promptly if there are any delays in shipping your order. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. Rule 6
Returns and Refunds: As all our products are fully customised, we cannot accept request for returns, refunds, changes of mind or exchanges unless as per written on our Return and Cancellation page. Note that for return of damaged items during transit, we can only refund the original product cost and not the return shipping fee. For all other terms such as cancellations within 24 hours, incorrect item and wording mistakes by us, and lost package - we offer full refunds. Prior to refunds, we assess all claims individually and it has to go through the process of our claims. For cancellations after 24 hours of ordering through our webstore, no refunds and change of mind will be offered.
6.1 Order Cancellations. Customers must contact us within 24 hours if they decide not to proceed with the order. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase will have their money returned in full. After 24-hour period, no refunds will be offered.
6.2 Incorrect Item and/or Incorrect Wording Written On Our Products. Mipin checks proofs, invoices, and order details several times while producing our items since we aim to provide the best possible goods and services. If there are any circumstances in which the delivered items are incorrect, most especially the writing on the candles and stoles, please contact Mipin Australia immediately for prompt action. A full refund or a substitute product will be sent via express order at no cost, depending on the customer's preference. We will need photo proof and other evidence for this to process the refund.
6.3 Lost Items During Transit. This has to be tracked and/or confirmed by AusPost or its tracking system. A lodge for a claim has to be done. A refund will be advised and done only after the claim through Australia Post has been processed. Such circumstances are beyond Mipin Australia's control.
6.4 Broken, Faulty and Unusable Condition. All Mipin Austalia products are shipped in excellent condition and packed with proper cushions and high-quality shipping boxes. If products are received in damaged, broken, or unusable condition, a claim lodgement has to be done through Australia Post. Such circumstances have to be reported and communicated to Mipin Australia within 48 hours of receiving the item by email or on the Contact Us page. Note that minimal imperfections mentioned in Rule 3 of Product Descriptions are not deemed faulty. After 48- hours of successful delivery, as tracked by our courier, and no communication was sent to Mipin Australia, no refund will be offered or processed. In addition to a photo and other proof of damaged items, items are also to be returned to Mipin Australia in their original and unused condition to complete the refund process. A refund will be advised and done only after the claim through Australia Post has been processed. Such circumstances are beyond Mipin Australia's control.
Rule 7
Limitation of Liability: We strive to provide high-quality products. However, we shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. We may use your personal information to communicate with you, process your orders, provide customer support, and improve our services. We may also use your information to send you promotional emails or newsletters, but you can opt-out of receiving these communications at any time. We also take photos of your ordered products and share it on our online platforms. Please reach out to us if you prefer your products to not be featured on any of our platforms.
8.1 Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website, processing payments, and delivering products to you. These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your personal information and may only use it for the purposes specified by us.
