Shipments
Your pack shipment
Generally, purchased Mipin items are received 12-14 business days AFTER APPROVAL OF PROOFING unless you prefer to deliver them later or 2 weeks before your event. This includes the production of hand made items as well as shipping. We use Australia Post Standard Parcel Shipping with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. We also offer Express Post for both regular and rush orders. Approved rush order items are shipped within 3 business days AFTER APPROVAL OF PROOFING. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Your package will be dispatched with special care to protect all our products. We ensure that all our candles are securely packed with enough cushioning and a quality shipping box. If during transit your order has been damaged or lost, a lodgement is needed to Australia Post. Kindly let us know within 48 hours of receiving your item if it was damaged or faulty. (Note that minimal imperfections on the surface of the wax are not considered faulty.) In addition to a photo and proof of damaged items, we will also need them returned to us to complete the refund process. See Returns and Cancellation page for more.

Mipin Australia does not have any control over delays, losses, or damages, but we will try our best to ensure smooth transit. See the Australia Post Terms and Conditions for further details.
*In rare cases where there will be a delay due to insufficient supplies, Mipin will notify you immediately and offer an alternative solution.
PICK UP: The collection of Mipin products will only be at our collection point in Truganina, Victoria. We will advise when the item is ready, and we will arrange a time and day. This will be individually arranged, either by phone or email.
